The Department of Biomedical Engineering, Sri Muthukumaran Institute of Technology, organized a Two-Day Workshop on Two Day Workshop on “Practical AI, Python & Image processing for Biomedical Applications on 12th and 13th February 2026.
The event commenced with the inaugural session, which began at 9:30 AM with a welcome address by Mr. Hemachandran, Head of the Department. The session was graced by the Chief Guest and Resource Person, Mr. Yuvaraj is a Biomedical Engineer contributing to healthcare research and development initiatives focused on advanced medical technologies
Mr. Yuvaraj delivered an insightful keynote address highlighting the recent advancements in Python & AI Foundations for Biomedical Data ,Image Processing & Deep Learning for Biomedical Imaging.His sessions included interactive discussions, case studies, and live demonstrations that enriched the participants’ learning experience.
