The Department of Biomedical Engineering, Sri Muthukumaran Institute of Technology, organized Industrial Visit – Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology, An Institute of Biotechnology Research and Innovation Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. on 18th March 2026 from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
On 18th March 2026, the students of the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Sri Muthukumaran Institute of Technology, visited the Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology (RGCB), an Institute of Biotechnology Research and Innovation located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The visit was conducted from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The primary objective of the industrial visit was to provide students with firsthand exposure to advanced biotechnology research and innovation practices. During the visit, students gained valuable insights into cutting-edge research in molecular biology, genetics, biotechnology, and biomedical sciences.
