The Department of Biomedical Engineering, Sri Muthukumaran Institute of Technology, organized Industrial Visit -Restech Formulation Private Limited, Pondicherry) on 25th March 2025 (Tuesday) from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM.On 25th March 2025, students of department of Biomedical Engineering and Phamaceutical Technology,SMIT had visited Restech Formulation Private Limited, a pharmaceutical company located in the industrial estate of Mettupalayam, Pondicherry. The journey started from SMIT college at 6.30am.The purpose of the visit was to gain firsthand experience of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and understand how quality and safety standards are maintained in a real-time production environment.
