Program Educational Objectives



To prepare students to succeed in industry / technical profession through global, rigorous education and to excel in postgraduate programs. To prepare students to practice and innovate recent fields in the specified program.



To provide students with a solid foundation in mathematical, Scientific and engineering fundamentals required to solve engineering problems with a strong practical knowledge required to design and test a system.



To enhance students with good scientific and engineering so as to comprehend, analyze, design, and create novel products and solutions for the real life problems.



To inculcate in students professional and ethical attitude, effective communication skills, teamwork skills, multidisciplinary approach, and an ability to relate engineering issues to broader social context.

Program Outcomes

  1. Graduates will demonstrate knowledge of differential equations, vector calculus, complex variables, matrix theory, probability theory, semiconductor physics, physical, inorganic and organic chemistry and electronics and communication engineering.
  2. Graduates will demonstrate an ability to identify, formulate and solve electrical circuit problems.
  3. Graduate will demonstrate an ability to design electronic circuits and conduct experiments, analyze and interpret data.
  4. Graduates will demonstrate an ability to design digital and analog communication systems and evaluate design related to computer networks.
  5. Graduates will demonstrate an ability to visualize and work on laboratory and multidisciplinary tasks.
  6. Graduates will demonstrate skills to use modern simulation tools like Matlab, Pspice, Xilinx, Network Simulator and evaluate the design.
  7. Graduates will demonstrate knowledge of professional and ethical responsibilities.
  8. Graduate will be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
  9. Graduate will show the understanding of impact of engineering solutions on the society   
  10. and also will be aware of contemporary issues.
  11. Graduate will develop confidence for self-education and ability for life-long learning.
  12. Graduate who can participate and succeed in competitive examinations like GATE, GRE,     
  14. Graduate will develop confidence to analyze a problem and design embedded system 
  15. Graduate will be able to design and fabricate communication system.
